1) Hold the instrument handle makes infrared sensor pointing object surface. 
2) pull the trigger to start measuring. If the battery is fully display will light up, if battery power is insufficient light or replace a new battery.

3) measurement "SCAN" prompt will appear in the upper left of the LCD screen.
4) continue to pull the trigger.

5) Press the "LASER" button to turn on / off laser sight. If you do not have laser sighting, pressing the laser button to turn off the laser.
6) Press "℃ / ℉" button to select the temperature unit (℃ or ℉).
7) release the trigger, "HOLD" prompt appears on the LCD screen, indicating that the reading has been maintained.
8) Release the trigger about 20 seconds after the meter will automatically shut down.
             
 

 

           

 

Note: Measurement Conditions
1 Hold the instrument handle, align the infrared temperature sensor measured object. The instrument can automatically compensate for changes in ambient temperature and the errors, but measure the ambient temperature is too large or the first measurement of a high temperature to go through a cryogenic measuring objects, the instrument needs a stable environment in thermal equilibrium for 30 minutes, to , for the next measurement.

3 Working Principle

4 Field

6 Tips
1) Can't be transmitted through the transparent surface of the instrument (such as glass) measurements.

2) Steam, dust, smoke, etc., from the surface barrier infrared instrument affect the measurement accuracy.

7 For measuring the distance and the object target ratio: Optical measurement than the target and the object distance D: S = 12:1, for example: the instrument field of view is 12:1, the instrument from the measured object is 12 inches, then the measured object not less than 1 inch in diameter. 8 About emissivity

1) Describes the emissivity of the material characteristics of radiation energy. Most (90%) of organic materials and painted or oxidized surfaces have an emissivity of 0.95.
